With over 20 years of experience in education and community supportive services, Dr. Collum leads TBCC with a passion for equitable access and youth empowerment. She holds a BA in Criminal Justice, an MSW, an MA in Educational Leadership, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, and she continues to research best practices that enhance leadership, advocacy and social service for at‑risk populations.
A hard‑working business owner and retired corrections officer, John Paul brings discipline and entrepreneurial insight to the board. He also served in the military and draws on a lifetime of public service to guide TBCC’s strategic direction.
A retired employment security representative, Bettie spent her career assisting individuals and families in obtaining resources and benefits. Her compassion and advocacy for the less fortunate continue to benefit TBCC’s mission.
Jerry leverages years of telecommunications experience to support TBCC’s operational growth. A lifelong learner, he continuously seeks new challenges and opportunities to help the organization thrive.
A Senior Manager of Data Science, Stephanie combines quantitative finance and energy consulting expertise with experience from the Federal Reserve Bank. She leverages data analytics to advance innovative solutions for TBCC and improve outcomes for the youth we serve.
